"Transformers Song Universe" set to be released in Japan

The song has nearly every Japanese Opening, Ending, and Insert song (Beast Wars Returns used the Beast Machines theme, so it appears to be left out). Not sure if anything else is missing but it appears to be quite awesome. Transformers songs that were done by Kageyama Hironobu (DBZ fans, you know him) and Wada Kouji (all of us Digimon fans know him). English translated tracklist courtesy of Fenrir and DigistarDBZ (who got it done quite quickly after I asked them to)

August 8th was the release date for the origional movie back in 86

Does it have any of the US songs? I never liked any of the Japanese songs.

That is absolutely and definitively... Prime (and there's lot of him on the cover to make more emphasis on the joke/saying... XD). That would be a nice addition to my collection since I have all the songs buth in MP3 format and I want an official/legit release of them!

see, 3 years ago I brought the Transformers Theme Song Collection on CDJapan.co.Jp and I as happy that I did since it had all the themes at the time. Now I feel screwed out of 54 bucks to import it since this one has 3 times more themes then the one I brought.. oh well, that's life of a Transformer's fan it seems, you buy something first and eventualy later they take out something better.

Knowing how many CD's it had, I woun't be suprised if it exeeds the 100 dollar mark.

I liked some of the Japanese Theme Songs and would like to hear the full versions. The Japanese have some nifty beats after all

rodimus seems outta place....lol

all the others are different versions of optmius and then there's him...i realize he was "a prime" but he was a different character...seems weird...lol

anyway while i personally wouldnt get this cd, i think its a pretty cool idea for the fans of all the japan series.

It's a cool idea, and I think it would certainly merit owning, although I know I am very lacking in knowledge and experience with the music from the japanese versions of the shows.

Thanks for pointing out my folly, I was thinking the English equivalant of said song and score pieces.
