Part 1
Planet Cybertron
A peaceful day (sarcasm)
Nemesis prime (with shadow commander trailer) is driving down a highway having just having killed his creator Straxus (see fans project shadow commander comic for more details) when in the distance a gun fight is happening, Nemesis prime decides to investigate.
As he get nearer he sees that a small transformer (Shadow Warrior) is being attacked by a larger transformer (Blaster).
He speeds towards them (his honourable side of his personality kicking in) and fly’s up in to the air transforming in to his robot mode, both of the transformers stop shooting at each other as Nemesis Prime stands with his stellar converter cannon pointed at Blaster, his right eye lights up red as he blasts Blaster.
Blaster falls to the ground, Nemesis Prime walks up to the small transformer who is shaking, scared that he’s next.
Nemesis Prime
“Are you ok”
He says in his gravely voice down at the small transformer. He then walks away towards his trailer.
Blaster stands up and ejects a cassette out of his chest that splits in to two guns, Nemesis Prime transformers in to Shadow Commander but is being bombarded with laser fire.
Shadow Warrior seeing nemesis prime in trouble he scans a weapon that is discarded on the floor, he transforms in to a double barrel gatling gun and combines on to Shadow Commander’s shoulder.
Blaster is now being bombarded and is over powered, he retreats.
Shadow Commander
“Why did you help me?”
Shadow Warrior
“You helped me so I repaid the favour”
Shadow Commander walks away but Shadow Warrior follows him.
Shadow Commander
“Why are you fooling m?”
Shadow Warrior
“We should become partners”
Shadow Commander
“Partners?”
Shadow Warrior
“If I hang with you no one pick a fight with me and you will never be without a weapon in a fight so it’s a win-win”
Shadow Commander
“What’s your name?”
Shadow Warrior
“I don’t have a name”
Shadow Commander
“I’m Shadow Commander yours shall be Shadow Warrior”
The both of them walk in to the sunset.

Becoming a Decepticon

Megatron sits in his thrown in front of him is a video screen with Shockwave on it shock wave is in Straxus lab.
Shockwave
“Megatron Straxus is Dead so are the other Prototypes they seem to have been dismantled by a sword”
Megatron bangs his fists down on the arms of his throne.
“Curse you Straxus! I give you one job to build me the ultimate warrior and you fail me”
Shockwave
“Sir one of the prototypes is missing”
Megatron
“Find it or you will find your head is missing from your body”
Decepticon new recruits
Out side Kaon
Nemesis Prime and Shadow Warrior are lined up next to other Transformers that wish to become Decepticons not to far in front is the Commandos: Mega-octane, Movor, Rotor, Armorhide and Rollbar (connection to Scourge from TF:RID)
Armorhide
“How much longer are we going to have to stand in line?”
Ro-Tor
“I’m getting board can’t we cut through”
Mega-Octane
“Commandos combine!”
The five of them combine into Ruination; he walks over to the Decepticon in charge and leans over him.
Ruination
“What’s the hold up are you going to let us in or what”
The Decepticon cowers under the combiner.
Decepticon
“Your, your name…..”
Ruination
“The Commandos”
Decepticon
“Go, go right a head”
Ruination walks through the barrier and the Decepticon faints and falls to the ground.
Starscream and his crew Skywarp and Thundercracker are flying over the Decepticon training area looking at the new requites.
Starscream
“Look at them they couldn’t fight off a Minicon”
Thundercracker
“That big one looked like he could do some damage”
Skywarp
“Why are we taking on more recruits we have a big enough army already?”
Starscream
“Megaton is planning some thing big”
The three jets shot off in to the distance
Nemesis Prime and Shadow Warrior reach the barrier another Decepticon cheeks there details.
Decepticon 2
“Your name”
Nemesis
“Nemesis Prime”
Decepticon 2
“Prime!”
Nemesis
“You got problem with that!”
Decepticon 2
“You have any special ability”
Nemesis
“Yes I can combine with my trailer”
Decepticon 2
“What trailer?”
Nemesis Prime combines in to Shadow Commander and points his BFG at the Decepticon.
Decepticon 2
“You can go through”
The second Decepticon faints.
In side Kaon Megatron is watching the recruits enter.
Megatron
“That’s him the missing prototype”
Soundwave
“Megatron he shall be are greatest weapon against the Autobot forces”
Megatron
“He may even be able to defeat Prime”
The recruits are waiting in the hangers that house the Decepticon war ships; Shadow warrior is standing near Nemesis Prime when Rubble and frenzy walk in.
Rumble
“Hay frenzy isn’t that Blasters Lackey?”
Frenzy
“I think it is”
Rumble
“Who’s he with?”
Frenzy
“I don’t know”
Rumble
“We better inform Soundwave”
The two of them run to find Soundwave.
Megatron appears on the giant screen every one turns to listen to there Decepticon leader.
Megatron
“You are now Decepticon warriors you will all be given the Brand of the Decepticons, when you have proven your self worthy you will battle each other and the strongest will become Decepticons.

Kaon Arena
In the waiting area Nemesis Prime and Shadow Warrior are standing in the corner listening in on all of the others as they prepare for there matches.
Shadow Warrior
“Who do you think we’ll be up against?”
Nemesis Prime
“Doesn’t matter I can destroy all of them with out needing an oil change”
Shadow Warrior
“What about that one he seems thought”
Nemesis Prime looks over at Ruination who is entering the arena with another transformer.
Nemesis prime
“He is not a problem”
Mean while in Megatron’s throne room, Shockwave, Soundwave, Starscream and Megatron are watching Ruination fight.
Starscream
“The big guy isn’t bad”
Megatron
“I don’t care a bout the combiner, the prototype is all that matures”
Shockwave
“Megatron do you think that putting him in a fight so close to other Decepticons is safe, he was designed to have an unstoppable rage”
Megatron
“Shockwave you over cautious fool, are you scared of the monster I had made”
Soundwave
“Megatron he is a danger to us all, he may have a Decepticon program but he is also part Autobot”
Starscream
“We will se what power he has first hand we have him facing a most savage requite”
Back at the arena the transformer that fought Ruination is being taken out one piece at a time.
Shadow Warrior
“Were next”
They both walk towards the gate and enter the arena as the Decepticon audience screams for death.
Nemesis Prime
“War is the right of all sentient beings”
Nemesis Prime walks in to the arena with Shadow Warrior in weapon mode. The transformer that they are facing is Predacon Bruticus.
Predacon Bruticus
“You ready to fight”
Nemesis prime lowers his head.
Predacon Bruticus
“I said are you ready to fight”
Nemesis prime raises his head, his eyes glow red as he stars at his opponent. He runs at Predacon Bruticus, he shots at Predacon Bruticus.
Predacon Bruticus transforms in to beats mode and uses his planet key to revile his extra two heads. His breaths fire at the bullets melting them.
Nemesis Prime then throws Shadow Warrior I to the air. Shadow Warrior transforms in to robot mode and shots at Predacon Bruticus with his hand gun. The audience bang the fists down as they scream for Energon. The small transformer misses every attack by the big hefty Lizardcon.
Nemesis Prime draws his Sword of Fury. Predacon Bruticus transforms in to robot mode and the two of them fight with there weapons.
Shadow warrior sneaks up behind Predacon Bruticus and poll drives him in the back of the shins. Predacon Bruticus falls back wards missing Shadow Warrior.
Nemesis Prime drives his sword in to predacon Bruticus chest and then his spark and it’s ripped out of Predacon Bruticus as Nemesis Prime pulls out his sword. The crowd are gobsmack with fear.
Megatron’s throne room, Megatron is pleased with the battle, Starscream and Shockwave are horrified but Soundwave is standing un-fazed by the horrific image displayed on the monitor.
Megatron
“Excellent performance”
Starscream
“He ripped the spark right out of him”
Shockwave
“You truly have created a monster load Megatron”
Later that day
Back in the hanger, the winners of the battles are standing in front of Megatron (Nemesis, Shadow Warrior, Mega octane, Movor, Rotor, Armorhide, Rollbar, Treadbolt and Stormcloud. They all have been branded with the Decepticon insignia.
Megatron
“You are now Decepticons, from now on you serve me”
Nemesis prime glairs at Megatron “not for long” he thinks to him self.
Megatron walks over to Nemesis Prime who looks Megatron straight in the sensors and stands his ground.
Megatron
“Most transformers cower when I walk towards them but you don’t”
Nemesis Prime doesn’t utter a word.
Megatron looks at Storm cloud and Treadbolt.
Megatron
“You two leave”
They both walk away.
Megatron
“You are the most powerful of all the new recruits; you will make an excellent fighting force I have been looking for a special op’s team, so I am making Nemesis Prime leader of the Commandos”
Mega octane
“But I’m the leader of the Commandos”
Movor
“This guy can’t just walk in here and take controlee”
Shadow Warrior
“Nemesis Prime can take you all”
Megatron
“Enough, Nemesis Prime will be in command of the team you will follow his orders and he will follow mine”
Nemesis prime
“what orders will they be?”
Megatron
“Orders which no one else will know of you are to be my secret Commandos an elite team that will go on the most vital missions for the Decepticon cause; you will be rewarded greatly if you succeed”
2 years later
Nemesis Prime and the Commandos are deep within Iacon as a massive battle between the Autobots and Decepticons rages. Nemesis Prime is in his Shadow Commander Armour and is talking to Soundwave who is monitoring the battle with Megatron back at Kaon.
Shadow Commander
“Megatron we have the blue prints you desire”
Megatron replies over the com link.
“Well done, Soundwave send Starscream and the Swoops to give them cover fire, Nemesis Prime get back here immediately”
Shadow Commander
“Will do”

Megatron’s throne room, Megatron is talking to Nemesis Prime alone.
Megatron
“So you think you’re ready to lead the Commandos into battle?”
Nemesis Prime
“I do”
Megatron
“I have been digging up some more information on your creation it seam’s even thought you have your Armour, Straxus was not finished building you”
Nemesis prime
“What do you mean?”
Megatron
“We have found blue prints of a device that was meant to complete your armour we are currently trying to build it”
Nemesis Prime
“When will it be ready?”
Megatron
“Soon enough for your first mission”
Kaon
Megatron and his army of Decepticons are preparing for battle.
Megatron
“Soundwave what is are total fighting strength?”
Soundwave
“We are at 100% fighting strength, Megatron”
Megatron
“I have waited a long time for this day I will final have the key to wining this war”
In the hanger Nemesis Prime and the Commandoes are loading there ship, Movor and Ro-Tor are loading in crates from above, Rollbar and Armorhide are at the cockpit prepping the ship for launch.
Nemesis Prime and Mega-octane are discussing their plan of attack; they are both looking at a map of Icon city.
Nemesis Prime
“Are orders are simple get in to Autobot HQ undetected and steal the weapon get out and back here.
Mega-octane
“First problem getting in undetected”
Nemesis prime
“There are abandoned tunnels below Iacon it will be easy to get to the weapon from there”
Mega-octane
“Next how do we steal the weapon?”
Nemesis Prime
“That where Shadow Warrior will come in, he will travel through Autobot HQ and locate the weapon and place a shortwave transwarp beacon onto it and we will teleport it out”
Mega-octane
“Ok but why not just place a transwarp beacon that will allow it to teleport here and how will we escape”
Nemesis Prime
“the city has an anti transwarp field that only allows for transwarp within the city, We will travel back through the under ground an meet up with shadow warrior at the outside maintenance hatch and continue are way out”
Mega-octane
“What if we are discovered?”
Nemesis prime
“Megatron will send Starscream and his Seekers to give us cover fire”
Shadow warrior walks over to Nemesis Prime.
Shadow Warrior
“We are ready”
Nemesis Prime
“Good”
The Decepticon army is ready to go to battle all Decepticons are aboard there designated ships. Megatron and Soundwave are at the monitoring station.
Megatron
“Soundwave begin launch procedures”
Soundwave
“Units 1-7 begin countdown to ignition, T-5secons”
Megatron
“They will be the first wave and most likely not to make it back”
Soundwave
“Units 8-12 begin countdown to ignition, T-15secons”
Megatron
“The Rain Makers they will destroy the outer defences allowing the first wave to enter Iacon”
Soundwave
“Starscream, seekers prepare for launch T-5secons”
Megatron
“The Decepticon Air force they will destroy the long range cannons”
Soundwave
“Unit 13 prepare for launch T-10secons”
Movor
“That’s us”
Ro-Tor
“8, 7, 6, _, 4, 3, 2, 1 we have ignition!”
Megatron
“They will bring me the weapon that will win me the war”
Iacon Autobot HQ
In the Autobot airspace monitoring station Silverbolt and the Aerialbots are sitting board out of there sparks. Air raid is throwing paper aeroplanes.
Air Raid
“We haven’t had any Decepticon activity for a thousand stela-cycles”
Silverbolt
“Just be thankful that we can relax”
Just then the alarms go off
Slingshot
“What the spark!”
Air Raid
“Slag that’s a lot of Decepticon activity”
Silverbolt
“We better call Prime”
Autobot council
Optimus Prime and Prowl are in the Autobot council chamber talking about the Decepticons.
Council member 1
“The Decepticons are still out there Optimus Prime you must find out what they are up to”
Optimus prime
“The Decepticons are hard to find they seem to have created a shield that prevents their detection”
Council member 2
“Be patient they will return and you must be ready”
Just then Optimus prime receives a call from Jazz
Jazz
“Prime, we’ve got major deception activity heading are way”
Optimus prime
“How many”
Jazz
“Looks like the whole Decepticon army”
Optimus prime
“Go to emergency code red I’m on my way”
Council member 3
“Optimus Prime you must not let them discover the weapon it is the key to wining the war”
Optimus Prime and Prowl leave.
The Decepticon army out side Iacon shockwave is commanding the first wave of Decepticon forces; Dropshot, Drag Strip, Heavyload and Overkill can be seen fighting the Autobot defences.

“Here come Wave two”
Dread wing
“Rain Makers begin attack plan Q-18”
The rain makers spread out and attack the main line of defences.
Nemesis Prime and his team land out side icon.
Nemesis Prime
“the entrance to the tunnel is there, Armorhide Blow the door off with your plasma mortars”
Armorhide transforms in to his Tank mode and fires at the door to the underground tunnels.
Nemesis Prime
“Movor, Ro-tor stay here and guard the transport, the rest with me”
the rest of the Commandos transform in to vehicle mode and enter the tunnel.
