6ft G1 Bumblebee vs 6 ft Predaking

Weapon: Light-Saber Sword
This is bit of an experimental fantasy battle so bear with me,

Both Predaking and g1 Bumbleebee are shrunk to 6 feet tall. Their strength, speed, etc and also reduced proportionately. Predaking can also split into smaller versions of the Predacons. Who would win?
