Maybe you could custom build some wings and attach them to the peg holes on OP's back! Hell, there's a Bionicle figure called Gorast that has nice wings you might be able to modify.

That's the kind of thinking I'm doing. Will scour Walmart to see what I can find to make that happen.

Yeah, but Gorast is loooooooong unavailable.

Then I shall have to seek parts from some other worthy toy to make it happen. I already found a sword I can repaint to fit the motif.

Bricklink.com is a huge community where you can get almost any Lego piece you want for dirt cheap.
