Judging from Beast Wars, The Matrix is the Transformers version of Heaven, where Optimus Prime, Ironhide, Dinobot, the greatest of Cybertron go when they die. So I am wondering, where do the evil Transformers go when they die, is there a Transformers version of hell?

I've heard of something called the pit, but thats all I know.

I say their sparks, good or evil, return to the source of all sparks.

The Pit (Also known as the Inferno, changed to avoid confusion with Blender-Butt) is the smelting pools I think. Or the place where Predacon bodies are forged. Something like that.

The Matrix is the afterlife, but I think PERHAPS only for Autobots/Maximals. As for Predacons and Decepticons... Well I'm not sure. I thought at one point that all sparks went there, but only Auto/Maxies thought it was a good thing (whereas Cons would prefer to stay away from it). I did think that, but then there's nothing to support it, so I forget.

Unlike some Earth religions, there is no difference between good and evil in a Cybertronian's after life.

And The Pit is actually a fighting arena that Megatron used to cull the strong from the weak to form the Decepticons.

I think the cons would prefer to stay away from it as they would prefer to be alive. Same here. I'd rather be alive than be a ghost.

I had an idea of where they might go, I call it "The Black Void," which is basically what it is, total blackness. Good luck trying to find someone there, other than the black demons that'll try to get you.

They all go back to the Matrix. Autobot, Decepticon, Maximal, Predacon, they all go to the Matrix. However, I never can really decide where Unicron goes. I think his spark amy be so twisted & evil that it can't join the Matrix. Don't ask me why, I just don't think Unicron would join it. Now if the Decepticon Matrix of Leadership actually did exist, I'd say that's where Decepticons & Predacons go. But it doesn't, so there.

Right, the Decepticon Matrix doesn't exist, but something very similar could exist, the Decepticons just forgot about it, or it was sent to the very depths of space.

One's heaven is another's hell.

Imagine a place of peace with no physical forms or establishments of individual power. To a Maximal or Autobot this could be considered Heaven and to a Predacon or Decepticon it would be considered Hell.

I always thought they all ended up in the same place, hence my idea for a new Transformers series.

All the sparks of every Transformer who ever lived now reside in the Matrix. Autobots, Decepticons, Predacons, Maximals... Imagine all the Primes hanging out together! Just think how much chaos and mayhem ALL the Megatrons could cause! Autobots and Maximals working side by side... Decepticons and Predacons doing the same thing... Every character from every era fighting side by side! Even after death their war continues, the objective being nothing less than control of the Matrix itself.

And let it be called... The Matrix Wars!

It would be pretty unfair if only Maximals and Autobots went to heaven. Seeing as how Autobots can be reprogrammed into Decepticons at the drop of the hat. In G1, Megatron's Robo-Smasher could convert bots to evil. Most famously, this was done to the Constructicons (if you accept that continuity of their origin).

It does not seem fair that if you are reprogrammed into evil you will not get into heaven. You could lead the noblest life until the Robo-Smasher shuffles your cerebral matrix.

In a world where free will is often portrayed at the whims of programming, heaven and hell lose much of their moral meaning.

I think they all return to the Allspark, whoever else said that.

The Decepticons aren't technically evil, they just have a different view of good to everyone else!

Seriously though, I don't think the transformers have such a crude visualisation of good and evil as humans do. As Prime said back in the original movie, when a transformer dies,their spark supposedly returns to the matrix from whence it came. As for Unicron, he's a god, so technically he can't die. I guess his spark goes into a state of suspended animation when he dies, and just stays there.

And then there's Starscream and the indestructible transformers, who just seem to wonder the universe once their physical forms have been obliterated.

I'de say they join the Matrix, cos it was created long befor the war. And they still are one race.

for the most part decepticons and predicons sparks are not truly evil.

looking at beastwars and beast machines thats only a shell program that changes how they think and feel about things and their allegiance to the faction.

any protoform can have a diffrent shell program installed and be fully switched to another faction.

in beast machines (thought i realy hated the show) we saw that when rebuilding a transformer you can change its shell program and alleigance.

the spark (the transformer version of the soul) i think is neutral. exceptions would probaly be Prime and Megs, BW Megs, and Starscream and a few others.

The pit is the Predacon name for The Matrix....but its the same place.

I suppose what looks like an instantanious "switch' with the Robot-Smasher is more then it appears. While the Tf is in the process of getting his brains scrambled, he might be fighting mentally the new programming that is being shoved into his brain. I imagine it is not a pleasant process being 'converted,' and it probably damages the mind of whomever gets 'converted.' Why else if the Robo-Smasher might have been used to 'make' new 'cons, that a good chunk of the Decepticon Army is either stupid or insane?
I imagine what the Robot-Smasher does is turn on the areas of the Tfs brain that deals with anger and agression, and turns off the areas that inhibit them. It probably plants the suggestion in the mind that joining the 'con Army is 'good', and all Autobots are 'bad.'

If the issue was a matter of programming and whether or not reprogrammed Tfs (good -->bad) could get into their Paradise, I imagine it could be (and I'm being theoretical) if they were evil or good before 'reprogramming.' If they were 'good' then they might still get to go. If they were 'evil', then they would not. A 'con or 'bot could possibly override this programing, as it seems like there are a lot of side switchers.

I don't think there are actually a lot of Robo-Smasher convertees, but rather most of the 'cons are there by choice.
