I just read the news. This is a great shock! So young. My heart and prayers go to his wife and son.

Rest in peace TFmaster, Bill. We will always keep you in our hearts and minds.

If I had known this, I would have spent more time here. This saddens me greatly. :(

RIP Bill, you were a tremendously great person. I also want to say condolences to his family, and I hope that they'll manage to come by now.

"Sad day" doesn't begin to cover it... I was expecting a thread on some horrible thing they were doing with the movie or something.
My heart just sank.

I never got to meet him, but he's been an inspiration, and a top bloke to boot. He gave a lot a love to this site, and to all who used it.

Special wishes go out to his family.

We'll miss you, Chief...

Read this a few hours ago and I'm still completely baffled by this sad news.

My sincere condolence go to this wife & son, as well as to his other relatives and (close) friends.

For us kitbashers, I think it's safe to say that this is a great loss. TFM made so many great kitbashes and reading his various post about upcoming projects it seems to me we haven't even seen the best yet.

We've lost a great mentor and inspiration. He will be missed.

Amen to that.
I was so looking forward to his classics Sixshot.

oh, my. i can't help but wonder if his recent troubles with work and the site helped to contribute to this. and this is a kind of wake up call for me and probaly some othersa around here. people who post on the forums are real people, sitting at a computer, laughing, socialising, having a family. in other words human. this dwarfs all other concerns we have had here over the last few months with the threat of losing the domain and all.

I just saw the link at TFans, leading to the one at Seibertron.

This was entirely unexpected. I mean, at 31 years old? My head's still reeling from this, I can't believe it's true.

What awful news.

Good god. 31 is way too young to die of anything, let alone a heart attack, and we've lost a considerable talent as well. His early work did inspire me to get to into kitbashing many moons ago. My thoughts go out to his Family. RIP TFMaster...

Hey guys,

I'm sure this is especially tough for those of you who are here. This website and this community really meant a lot to Bill. I feel guilty that I have not finished working on integrating Transtopia yet per Bill's request. He had a lot of really great ideas that he had shared with me and I will continue to work on them to make his ideas live on. I can't imagine how difficult this is for Lauren and their son Racheal. I'm so thankful that I had an opportunity to befriend Bill last year at Botcon. So many thoughts ...

I've just had a thought. I know Pepie's been somewhat incommunicado lately, but does anyone still have contact details for him? I imagine he'd want to know about this if he doesn't already...

It's too much to believe. I was checking out seibertron while on lunch break and first read the news there. Was just surfing through Transtopia yesterday. Then this. TFMaster and this site had inspired me to try customizing. My kids had enjoyed looking over all the customs on this site.

TFMaster's family will be in our family's prayers.

TFMaster, hopefully we'll get a chance to meet in heaven. Not sure where you stood with Jesus. I thank you for the site you've started, the home you gave all of us kit bashers and customizers. Thank you for the resources, advice, and critiques that helped us in our projects and to improve what we do. Thank you also for showing us what hard work, determination, and creativity can accomplish in this hobby.

Via con Dios Sir, you and your awesome talent will be missed.

I pray for his wife and child, and for the rest of his kith and kin.
As many have said passing away at 31 is being a tragedy at best.
