a simple Dreadwing weapon fix

Hi friends,

So I bought RID Dreadwing last night, and performed a simple fix for his atrocious gun; thought I'd share it.

No need to open up the mech part of it and remove anything, simply position it in it's extended position, scotch tape it down so it stays extended, and then apply some super glue to the connected yellow part of the gun. The tape will remove all tension from the two yellow parts trying to snap back, and this will allow the glue to dry. (remove tape once completely dried)

To extend the handle so Dreadwing can hold the gun underneath his grip:

...find any extra accessory that fits on the small yellow handle; I had an extra silver landing gear peice laying around that lined up perfectly. Dab a little glue on the ends and stick them together, then simply wrap a little black electrical tape around the handle to hold snug and fit. His grip will cover this anyway, so you won't even be able to see it. In fact, the extra layer added by the tape allows for a better grip.

I can't tell you how awesomely simple this works AND looks!

I'd love to! In fact, I tried to post pictures of my new LED lights I installed on my showcase, but it says the pictures are too large. :(

Maybe I'll try changing the resolution settings on my phone camera, that might help.

But I'll def do it when I get home today.

Dreadwing gun

(simple black electrical tape to assist in keeping the extension handle in place, and to help with gripping)
