I'm really flattered about the Hasbro UK thing, but this is just a hobby for me. I've found out that nothing kills a hobby faster than doing it day in and day out. I used to be very into aquariums. I worked at a pet store stocking shelves for six years, then went up to management, and eventually was promoted to be in charge of the live animal half of the store. Before that I had four tanks up and running. A month after taking that position, I was down to one tank at home.
After I was let go, my interest was restored. I have such a good time working on these repaints that I wouldn't want it to become a chore. I do this for myself and have never even put one up on ebay.
