I would if all the star wars garbage wasnt in it

sorry but for me george ruined star wars the second he made Jar Jar stinks and then when he didnt give a crap about adding all the extra scenes they made to episode 3

Its an awsome house but would just look better without the star wars rubbish - your not gona impress a woman with that stuff all over the house, shes gona think YOU want to make love to george lucas instead of her

I agree totally. I'm a mild SW fan and I am suitbly impressed with all the stuff (The R2-D2 garbage can. EPIC WIN {A friend of mine owns one})

The second trilogy would've been sub-par if they'd made: Little Anaken less of a brat, gotten better actors, gotten rid of Jar Jar, and made stuff look less futuristic (It's supposed to be a prequel morons)

And the biggest problem of all.

Return of The Jedi: "Do you remember your real mother?" "Yes, but she was very sad"

Revenge of The Sith: ......THEY'RE FREAKING BABIES! NOBODY CAN REMEMBER THAT FAR!!! And also, um...she died. so how can Leia say she was aways sad?

Ah, plot holes. you love em' and you hate em'

I think the thing i hated most was he had the chance to make ROTS 1 of the most fantastic star wars films ever done. The light saber fights were awsome and the story was good but instead George did everything and i mean EVERYTHING green-screen so when watching the movie it all just feels fake. They did loads of scene that everyone knows about but then he just didnt add it in the movie (why george why!?) and then be basically crapped all over Grevious yet all throught the clone wars cartoon he makes him out to be this super jedi killing machine yet then in the movie he comes across as a russian dumbass with a cough

urgh sorry rant over - i shouldnt drink and then get in a star wars debate.

House is awsome but lose the star wars stuff - pimp it out abit

Also, in ROTS Grevious made the comment to Aniken. "I thought someone of your reputation would be a little...Older"

He has met him several times in Clone Wars :BANG_HEAD:

I'll pass. Even without the memorabilia I don't need that sort of equipment.

Well ... no. You don't see much of the house, just a bunch of memorabilia and a over-the-top home theater.

How many showers? How many bedrooms? How many car ports? What size block of land is it on?

The first 3 movies (numericaly last 3) were way ahead of there time. Since they used actual models instead of CGI , there was actually something to film versus a green screen. Seeing the green screen speacail affects next to the orignal models just looked stupid. And when they used the green screen for all speacail effects in Episode 1 and beyond, for me, Star Wars had lost what truly made it speacail in the first place. Thats what ruined the movies. NOt Jar Jar, but lame effects that felt like they should have been in a B rated direct to DVD movie.

Couple things...

1.- Your not going to impress her with a bunch of TF toys either.
2.- You are who you are. There are plenty of geeky girls out there that love that type of stuff. If you bring a girl back and there turned off by all the SW stuff, then chances are she isn't into you for "you" any how.

That siad, i do agree that its alittle much for me with all the SW stuff. If i had that kind of money, i might have a room dedicated to the hobby, but not the whole house. Part of my hobbies, i like to keep private. But that's just me.

From what this presentation shows, I could be buying little more than a shed with some good audio equipment and a swimming pool.

Sack the estate agent.

I'm just saying that it's kind of cool. It isn't something we need to debate about. For those who like it, great. for those who don't, oh well

I'm just saying it isn't a big deal, and I don't want this thread to be turned into a "Who hates the new trology?" thread

Absolutely not.

The theater part is impressive, I can't deny that, but the displays and collection kill it for me.

It struck me as excessive trashiness. It reminds me of a line from an old, old movie... "Flashy, not trashy". It's so flashy it's become trashy. Bleh.

If the day ever comes that I have enough disposable income to have a home theater setup like that, I hope that I have enough sense to invest it or give it to the needy instead of pouring it into collectibles.

This is one nice theater/collection though. Very classy.

If you work for it, then i don't see anything wrong with spending your money on things you like. Regardless of how much it costs. For all we know this guy could have enough "disposable income" to build his dream house and still give to charity.

Investing income is still technically spending it on yourself. His setup is definitely cool, and I'm sure it makes him happy, but all I'm saying is that level of indulgence doesn't work for me.

No, actually, he hasn't. They have been in relatively close proximity--same planet, same ship, etc.--but the writers have been very careful about not letting Anakin and Grievous get a real face-to-face.
