IIRC, it's a news-broadcast truck sending live feed to the news station airing live footage of whatever the crew is filming, in this case Occupy Portland.

We call them "Live Trucks" because we can broadcast live from them. Microwave transmission, Satellite links, etc. Here is a pic I have saved.

Well, I'm not a fan of pornstars. Unrealistic, if you ask me.
