American Superheroes VS Japanese Heroes

You can't be wrong to say the American's League of Superheroes aren't the same with the Japanese heroes.
While DC, Marvel and Darkhorse sports iconic costumes and symbols, most of the Japanese heroes are more toward wearing casual clothings(in their world, it's pretty casual).
When you look at it, while the west's heroes in comic books are alter egoes of the main character's self, in Japanese hero universe, most of the heroes aren't their alter egoes, but rather themselves. Well okay, there's also real superheroes like Kamen Riders and Ultramans too, but most of the manga and anime today don't really make those kind of superheroes anymore. No mask or secret identity.
So,
What do you guys think? Who'll win?
Superman, Batman, Hulk, Iron Man, Wolverine, Spawn..etc
or
Naruto, Ryu, Kyo Kusanagi, Kamen Riders, Ultramans..etc?
