I'm starting my collecting of Prime figures now (love the show!) and I asked earlier about the clarification between FE and RID models. Question is, are TAKARA models a completely seperate 3rd model? (or are Takaras the same as FE?)

I'm sorry, this gets a little confusing to someone just starting out...

They use both, but they're retooled to have extra 5mm ports.

There are also some Takara-exclusive molds, like Breakdown, Jet Vehicon, and Gaia Unicron.

You're thinking too much, bro, just calm down and don't sweat it so much. There's nothing confusing about it, I assure you.
