I'm almost suprised that I haven't seen anyhting about model trains in the non-tf toy section. I understand trains get really exspnsive, but along with my TF hobby, I also love operating Train sets! if anyone owns and enjoys at least one model train, come share the love for miniture railroads!

I currently have a varety of model trains in my apartmant,

this includes, 2 Hogwarts trains, 3 Santa Fe trains, 2 Army trains, 1 red steam engine. please note that all of them are very old, except for a somewhat cheaper battery powered train and a pull back "trackless" train both of which are recent purchases.

some where I also have the hotwheels city train, it's remote controled and I don't think it works anymore... then I used to have the Lego christms train from a few years ago, but it has since been dismantled.

now if only someone else had the unuasual taste for TF's and Model Trains, like I do... so, any model train collectors?

I wish I could collect trains...but damn...have you seen Lionel and MTH's prices on O scale stuff? There's no way I could afford one piece let alone a whole train layout. I have one train from my early childhood, which is a Bachman Polar Express set. The only trains I ever bought after that were Lego trains (and even those cost a small fortune now).

Yes I totally collect trains. I haven't in a while so I need to start back up on that. I have a nice model train set to, always loved trains
