I haven't seen anything public by the group, but they haven't updated their site since August 2011.

If it's been abandoned, that's disappointing. I was actually lookig forward to this, just because the Animated Stunticons were done really well. (The molds were, anyway, the colors just made them even better.)

Last time I talked to the creators was in October, they said they'd plan to release it in late 2012, so we'll probably get an update or two later this summer.

Would be a shame if they cancel it. I actually want it in hopes that down the line someone will do a classics Menasor head for those who dont want the combiner to be "animated".
