MIDI is. Or you could just video record yourself in a quiet room.
With MIDI, you need a separate cable that you connect to the instrument and feed it into a computer. If you have the right software (Garage Band, Finale, etc.) if should record clearly.
Another thing you could do is download Audacity. It has a white noise remover, so you'll hear yourself clearly.

It's made of porcelain, no way is it electronic, so that probably wouldn't work.
In all seriousness, you fail. Nice clip, for an Australian beer ... played with beer bottles.
Here's REAL jug playing.

I Don't play no jug!
This was bought for me almost a year and a half ago. I Wanted it as a replica, a collector's item from one of my favorite games. I noticed it was the wrong model for display, But I couldn't complain. I couldn't resist fiddling with it, and eventually, before the day was done, I had played through %95 of the song book. I don't just play zelda songs though. Give me the notes and I can play my way through almos anything. I even write my own music. Trying to get down "Arrival to earth" Has been a re-accuring pain to do though. EDIT* No, that is not me in the video, that's the guy who made my Ocarina.
