Anyone know why Dreamworks wasn't involved with DotM?

Anyone know why Dreamworks wasn't involved with DotM?

Weapon: Twin Concussion Blasters
Just wondering. Dreamworks was partnering with Paramount on the first 2 films, but not on DotM. Anyone know why? It's Spielberg's company, and IIRC he was given executive producer credit on DotM. Just curious.

... I highly doubt that. She has nothing to do with such. She's the one that got her self fired.

I think Dreamworks got tired of having their name attached to total crap.
I do not blame Michael Bay for crapping all over a huge part of my childhood. He just directed the scripts that were given to him. I blame Orci, Kurtzman, and Krueger, who seem completely incapable of concocting a story that even halfway makes sense.
