Has anyone seen the Apollo 18, and is it worth seeing? I would really like to know, 'cause it looks good. :-B

Is it scary, gory, or anything else horrific like that, because I really don't have a taste for Horror Films. ;) (Though I can make an exception for "The Mummy")

Thanks in advance!

Me and the GF went last night. I'd say its worth the 10 bucks.

While there are some eerie/unnerving scenes, it's not a very gory or horrific movie.

If you enjoy that 'first person' point of view film making, it's worth a night out for.

Thanks! I'll be sure to check it out some more though, since the I doubt that a majority of the reviews on the internet agree, 3.0 score doesn't look promising.

Did you get motion sickness with all of that movement with the camera? Could you actually tell what on Ear-uh-The Moon was going on?

Luckily, there was very little 'shaky cam' going on. Most of the 'footage' was from stationary cameras in the American landing zone, or inside the lander itself.

Other than a few choice scenes, I could easily tell what was happening on screen.

The trailer game a Dark of The Moon vibe.

I agree with the first person who started this thread. I'm not a horror fan at all, but I was wondering since I have such interest in NASA - would it be worth it?

(And on a small note, when I first saw this trailer, why couldn't I stop thinking some Decepticon was going to pop out? I blame it all on DotM.)

Thank God. Blair Witch almost made me sick, but it still earns its place as one of my all-time favorite american horror movies.

Will be seeing Apollo 18 this week. It looks AWESOME!

I feel like I say that word too much.

All of my agree. It was a good and fun movie, although not very frightening, and while it could have been better, I'll wager it is a better film than Shark Night 3D. The shame of it is that it has 'hidden treasure' potential, but so few people will go see it. We saw it the second night and there were about 8 people in the theater.

I just got back from seeing it and I thought it sucked ass! I was thinking it was actual footage. I thought the aliens where actual intellegent beings. But the CG is fake as hell, and the "aliens" where just spiders that turned into rocks.

Sounds dumb. Not going to see it.

Yeah, the best thing that happend was some guy's face exploded, and that everyone died in the end. The only tension in the movie was about 4 jump scares that where BSed.

It's a found footage movie. Everyone always dies in the end.
