Art Feather Bumblebee in Pink and Blue: Valentine's Day Edition

Is Bumblebee too manly for you? Does his Black and Yellow deco hurt your eyes? Maybe you don't like his excessively violent nature?

Perhaps something softer, more delicate is required. You need these two.

Gotta admit, I kinda like this offering. For sheer wackiness. For bonus points the blue one could be a Decepticon.

But it's not really for me. Too many better $100 things to get, both official and unofficial.

One of the stranger offerings I've seen recently. It reminds me of the pink Laserbeak/Bumblebee from Dark of the Moon, but I'm really not interested.

On a positive note, you can repurpose the unsold figures as Easter presents!

Something tells me that I wouldn't be getting very lucky on V-Day giving these to my wife; she already doesn't have the greatest opinion of my plastic crack hobby...

If they had more feminine heads, I may have gotten them.

My wife likes Bumblebee, but I have a feeling she'd like me to keep $90 in my pocket.

I hope you're being serious because those colors really do work for that mold. :x

The pink one can burn in hell but Glyph will join my collection.

We can do that if this is the only place to buy them. But i might wait to find them on Chimungmung, Robotkingdom or Acetoystore. I never heard of that website and Im not sure about ordering from "Uncle Billy".

I've bought from them, well not Uncle Billy but ally express.
I had good results in electronics, but not with toys.

if they show up at Tony's I'm in.

I just find it kind of strange that with all the promotion and test shots the original Art Feather Bee got, that only Uncle Billy knows these things exist. I e-maild Tony earlier today with this link. Lets what he says later on...

Tony got back to my E-mail. He had never seen them before but he likes them. Ive decided to take a chance with Uncle Billy

Sorry about wht I said earlier, but I had a change of heart and decided to keep the pink one only because of this Picture:

Not a perfect match, but I guess you can call her "neo" Strika lol. But if you do decide to buy a set and keep just the pink one, the blue should "bee" an easy sell for you because of Glyph.

Tony got back to me and told me he put the pre-order up...But after shipping it's almost twice the price as Uncle Billy. I respectfully declined and told him how much I paid. Maybe he might lower them a bit when he realizes.

Wish me luck with Uncle Billy... ;)

It looks like Tony thinks that each figure costs $90 EACH from Uncle Billy instead of for the whole set. Well, good luck anyways. I'm sure it pays to have an Uncle overseas...

Just got clarification: $90 plus 15 ship is for one Bumblebee. You must message Uncle Billy and tell him which color you choose. I dont think that was on the site yesterday as I swear I saw it listed as a set. But you can choose. Tony at Chimungmung is selling them as a set for $170 plus 20 shipping so he is slightly cheaper if you want both. Im not sure if Tony will sell them individually.

Well thankfully I'd already made up my mind on these. The increase in price ensures I don't reconsider. But I still wish anyone well with Uncle Billy (man, this guy needs his own thread so we can keep making creepy references).

Sad thing is, with Volkswagen's hatred of "war toys" (ironic for a company that used to manufacture tanks and planes in WW2) this is the only way we're getting a VW Beetle Bumblebee.

Although it is awesome.

I'm liking these quite a bit myself but 90 bucks plus shipping for just one figure is hard to swallow. Too bad.
