Yeah, I picked up the four Legends class guys, and only two of them scanned. (So my receipt reads like one of the figures, I bought three of.)
Anyway, the TRU in Springfield, MA seemed to have a good supply of the Asia Exclusive figures, as well as a surprisingly decent stock of other Generations figures. Quite a pleasent surprise, since most stores in the area recently have had pretty crap selections. I was only interested in the Legends ones, so that's all I picked up.
I did eye Wheelie for a bit, which is a surprisingly good use of the RTS Jazz mold, but I am more then content with my Legends Wheelie, so I decided this one was an expense I didn't need. (Springer looked okay... but I just can't get behind any Springer with only one alt mode. The day Hasbro releases a triple changer one, I'll be all over it. Until then, I'm happy I've got Warbot Defender.)
The Legends figures are all quite nice... And to get weapons with Legends class figures... Woo hoo! I do apreciate that the weapons were also designed to work with both modes, although in most cases the weapons are superfilous in vehicle mode. (Do we really need a truck with a big sword attached to the roof?) The exception is Thundercracker, where since that mold was designed to give the robot its null rays, the weapons while an apreciated addition to vehicle mode are somewhat unnecessary for robot mode.
And speaking of Thundercracker... Back when Legends Starscream was the only one, I could be content. But now that there is at least two of them... Hey, Hasbro! Where's Skywarp? And you know, the head transforms in a way where you could leave the nose up... so how about some wing retools to give us the coneheads?

(We finally got them all as deluxes, so we need something new to whine for re: seekers, eh?)
