Asian Ex Hot Spot

Just saw him in TRU today.....whaddya all think? I like it. Might have to go back and pick him up now that I think about it.

Curious as to everyone's thoughts....

I was never totally sold on this sculpt. Only version of it I really want is the Pyro from that Botcon set a few years back. Seems like a pretty nice, big and chunky bot though.
assembling a Neo-G1/TF:TM cast. Please PM if you have (or know of) the following at a reasonable price: Classics or Henkei Prowl, Astrotrain, Ramjet, Skywarp, Sunstreaker, Sideswipe, Blurr, Perceptor, GDO Wheelie and Springer, or 3rd Party Motobot Arcee, FP Springer, iGear Ratchet and Ironhide, City Commander (and/or Ultra Magnus), Starscream (deluxe) Coronation add-on, or Spike and Daniel in their Exo-Suits.

Same here, it just doesn't scream Inferno to me. I mean, Inferno's supposed to be some tall, lanky sort of fellow, not chunkimus.

The mold -looks- good, but I don't know that it's really been used well yet. Pyro is really the only good use so far, but he was a botcon exclusive unfortunately.

He's big blue fire engine! just like Inferno, who's a big red fire engine! Updated for 2012. I like the way they've used this mold :D

I wouldn't describe Inferno as tall and lanky.

I think it's a perfect mold for Inferno. I have Inferno and Grapple, and if I ever see Hot Spot in TRU I'll buy it in a heartbeat.

Hm, perhaps. He is certainly reasonably leggy though. As for Energon Inferno, I can't stand his head. xD I love Roadblock though, I picked him up a few months ago and Prowl as a pair of pants for him, love the combined mode.

hmm.....Must have this figure. I liked hotspot in g1 and the use of this mold so yeah when I see him, he is coming home with me. I have not seen him at my local TRU yet though strangely. But I have seen GDO powerdive and megatron. SW55 out

I love this mold. I have Inferno and Grapple. They are big, chunky, nice transformation, and fun to play with. I think the mold fits Hot Spot well. If my local TRU ever gets him in, I will buy him up.
Weird request here. If anyone has an extra Classics Skywarp or Dirge missile please PM me. I need one.
