Legends: TF Prime Cliffjumper
Commander/Scout: Tie: Prime Ultra Magnus/DOTM Hatchet
Deluxe: pRID Vehicon
Human Alliance: ?
Voyager: First Edition Bulkhead (technically Dec. 2011 but making him eligible anyway - he's that awesome)
Worst:
Legends: DOTM Bumblebee (can't keep his legs on for anything)
Commander/Scout: Prime Megatron (not that bad, except for his tiny head and ugly alt mode)
Deluxe: Airachnid
Human Alliance: Roadbuster (actually a good toy, I just hate the design)
Voyager: ?

As a guy that's only collecting the movie line now, it'd be Amazon's Jetwing Prime. Worth every penny of $52 and then some. He's the real "Ultimate" Optimus Prime.
The worst part of 2012 for me was having Que, Soundwave, and Leadfoot's US release cancelled with no more planned movie molds (was really dreaming of a leader Shockwave, DotM leader Megs, and even a new voyager Ratchet mold). I did manage to get Que and Soundwave for $30 apiece but am still pondering the $100 it'd take to snag Leadfoot. It's a ridiculous price for a deluxe figure, but he looks like an incredible figure and he'd complete my movie collection.
