Hello, I'm new to the forums here and kinda needed to know something.... I'm planning on entering the Art contest this year for 2D Hand Drawn and am wondering where I can find the questionnaire to submit with my completed entry. Also I'd like to know the process of how to register for this particular contest(2-D hand drawn). My entry is completed, but I just need to know how the contest works, I printed out the Contest Guidelines, but there is no questionnaire that I saw, besides the form the judge fills out...:s. Maybe I need to register ahead of a certain deadline to reserve space for my piece? I just need some facts.....
