Centre of Attention

brought my (non-functioning) Convoy for Ipod to a registered Apple agent. when I got to the tech desk and showed him, his face lit up like a child, and he called over the other three store assistants to see the item. turns out there is some problem, and the actual docking pin is not getting any power, so the trailer is still just a mantlepiece statue, but at least,now I know. ( and knowing in half the battle)
it's something you would have had to see, the store assitants all going mad, transforming the cab, diagnostics on the dock had the speakers playing ( they borrowed my I-pod, so that Lion's theme would be what it broadcast. Of course the questions followed,
Where did I get it? Ebay, "well in future you should use an authorised apple agent".
It is just amazing how convoy always gets to be the centre of attention.
