Ugh, I feel like I walked out of a Robert Forest poem. So much posting to do. It snuck up on me.

Oh wait, that's not what you meant, is it?

In all seriousness though, I managed to get my girlfriends two pre-teen girls into Beast Wars. They refuse to watch G1, but I think I should get some points for that!

Nice job. I've gotten my 5 year old daughter into the G1 cartoon and TFs Prime. She actually begs to watch Prime...every night.

The kid's weird too. She loves the movie Jaws. I'm hoping to get her into the Saw movies.

I must be related to you in some way, because I love TF Prime, Jaws AND the Saw films! I also enjoy the Friday the 13th, Nightmare on Elm Street and Halloween franchises (all originals, by the way, NOT the remakes). Although, the F13 reboot was actually pretty decent IMO. I guess I'm just sick and twisted that way. ;)

We were separated at birth. All of the Halloween movies (except #3) were just plain awesome.

And the fact that you consider yourself sick and twisted just proves that we are related.

I got shown Aliens when i was 4 kinda got me hooked on sci fi early i'm working on getting my nephew into comics, transformers. Thou i really need to reaquire the f13th and Halloween series on dvd

That's Robert Frost if I'm not mistaken. Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening.

Maybe you need something to wake you up?

Perhaps "Ice would suffice"?

Ah, darn. Too tired to catch the misspelled name, and yes, I just couldn't recall the title of the poem. I like his works.

Wow, do I feel out of place. Due to my overactive imagination, movies like that would give me nightmares for years. Heck, a Scooby Doo movie once had me peeking around corners, making sure the Cleopatra mummy wasn't on the other side.

...I've always liked Godzilla, though. And I don't lack in the wierdness factor. At 10, I was a huge fan of Wait Wait, Don't Tell Me and The Daily Show with Jon Stewart.

Sadly, the closest I've gotten to converting my friends is getting one to tolertate Beast Wars, because she loves animals. :MAXIMAL:

You are not alone Delta.

I do not understand how you people watch those movies and sleep! Sleep is very precious to me. Don't know about you guys, but I prefer dreams with Optimus Prime in them. Not Freddy.

On the plus side, I have also recruited someone into watching Transformers Prime and after weeks of procrastinating the verdict is that he loves it!

Just a quick note to say that I've updated my last post on earth slightly. Its only really relevant to Ember, but I have also hopefully corrected the ridiculous number of typos I left in it last night, Firefox's spellcheck function sucks.

Its also amazing how creative you can be when trying to avoid reviewing a comic you hate.
