CM's Corp, the company behind the previously released officially licensed Gutto Kuru
Minelba and Ginrai figures, has filed for bankruptcy. According to
Yahoo! Japan they filed for bankruptcy on March 3rd, citing low sales and an inability to move older merchandise. At the time of the filing they were reporting a debt of over 400 million Yen. How this will effect the pending release of their
Excel Suit with Spike and Daniel set remains to be seen.

Takara announcing their own version of the Exosuit, to be sold with MP BB, probably didn't help their prospects.

The legs look different and the CM's Corp was probably bigger.

Yes, CM was bigger but the Takara version has a lot of similarities - wheel placement, front of the legs, and torso. Even the boosters behind the cockpit are there

Front wheel is way wrong too, these two are just faithful designs based on the same source material.
