Seems like Target is the early adopter for Earthrise.

First week of February and I've spotted several deluxes of Cliffjumper and Hoist and a couple of Battlemasters of the Military patrol.

FINALLY found Soundwave on the shelf in Denver. Optimus was still there as well so looks like the early bird caught the worm today.
