Onslaught

Allegiance: Decepticons
Function: Combaticon Commander
Alt. Mode: Cybertronian Missile Trailer
Weapons: Photon Missiles, Sonic Stun Gun
Height: 35 ft/10.67 m
Quote: “The mind is the greatest weapon.”

Strength: 8
Intelligence: 9
Dexterity: 7
Speed: 5
Endurance: 8
Courage: 8
Firepower: 9
Accuracy: 9
Melee: 9
Tech Skill: 8
Charisma: 8
Rank: 7

Profile: Perfection is what Onslaught seeks. He believes the key to a mission's success lies in its planning, and its execution to a letter. Thus, a perfect plan virtually guarantees a victory. Onslaught prefers the intellectual battlegrounds of the mind, where he can carefully devise and polish his sinister schemes, to the physical battlegrounds of the war, where events don't always unfold as expected. The three Combaticons under his command consider him aloof, even dreamy, but a brilliant tactician. When possible, Onslaught takes a backseat role in the assaults he plots, choosing to observe and re-evaluate his strategy rather than actually engage in combat. But, when his direct involvement is to action is required, he is a relentless, furious fighter, a terrifying contrast to the reserved thinker he is otherwise. This side of Onslaught's personality comes as a surprise to most of the other Decepticons, but those who understand him know his violent behavior is born out of frustration that his plan didn’t work, forcing his involvement, rather than any suppressed lust for battle hidden in his character.

Abilities: Onslaught is highly intelligent and incredibly strong, with extensive strategic training. His firepower is surpassed by only chosen few. He can launch photon missiles, with a range of 6500 miles. Each missile contains three independently targetable shells, each of which has an explosive force equivalent to 3000 tons of TNT. In robot mode, he uses a sonic stun gun, which is capable of crumbling a hillside with one blast.

Weaknesses: Onslaught can become angry, sullen or even fully depressed if one of his plans fails. Electromagnetic interference can impair the accurate targeting and delivery of his missiles.

Brawl

Allegiance: Decepticon
Sub-Group: Combaticons
Function: Ground Assault
Alt. mode: Cybertronian Tank, Modified M1A2SEP
Weapons: Electron Gun, Twin Sonic Cannons, Double-Barreled Turret Gun in tank mode
Height: 34ft / 10.37
Quote: "I was built to be wild."

Strength: 9
Intelligence: 3
Dexterity: 5
Speed: 3
Endurance: 9
Courage: 9
Firepower: 9
Accuracy: 7
Melee: 8
Tech Skill: 5
Charisma: 4
Rank: 5

Profile: Brawl is built for one thing, and on thing alone – destruction. His programming has been gripped for as long as he can remember by a rage so deep and so hot that he feels little else. The only thing that allows him a few moments of happiness is the fury of combat. There is nothing so sweet to him as the thunderous noise of his shells bursting against the armor of a faltering Autobot. He is also loud. Whether he's talking, shooting, or merely moving, he makes a lot of noise - grating, clanking, booming noise that irritates all those nearby, friend and foe alike. As unpleasant as that side of him is, there are other aspects of his personality that his fellow Combaticons consider even worse. He has a hair trigger temper and expresses his frequent anger with a savage fury truly terrible to behold. But, at least this seething rage that drives him, that makes him so unpleasant to be with also makes him a terrifyingly effective warrior. He makes no secret of his blustering belligerence, the mere sound of his approach is enough to unnerve Autobots. His actual arrival can paralyze them with mind-numbing fear. If he weren't always so angry, Brawl might find this pleasing.

Abilities: Brawl's a one-robot wrecking crew, a mobile mass of mayhem, and a serious problem for Autobots and humans alike. He possesses enormous strength and his armored skin is thick enough to shrug off virtually all conventional artillery fire. When it comes to his armament, his built-in weapon systems are more than adequate to bring down even a regiment of Autobots. His turret-mounted 140mm main cannon shoots a shell up to a distance of 13.5 miles with an explosive force enough to bring down a skyscraper with one hit. His twin sonic cannons shoots powerful, ear-splitting bursts of concentrated sound energy of up to 300 decibels. He can manipulate this energy in stereo (a result of the cannons dual configuration) to shatter anything from a crystal wine glass to a cinder-block bunker or a city block. In robot made, he wields a 10-megawatt electron gun that fries the circuits of its targets.

Weaknesses: Brawl is virtually incapable of being quiet, making him an easily identifiable target as he approaches a battle. He is dimwitted and not too difficult to outsmart.

Vortex

Allegiance: Decepticons
Function: Interrogator/air to ground warfare
Alt. Mode: Cybertronian battle helicopter/Sikorsky UH-60 Blackhawk
Weapons: Twin cannons, semi-automatic glue gun
Height: 28ft/8,54m
Quote: “I am Vortex, fly me - if you dare!”

Strength: 4
Intelligence: 9
Dexterity: 9
Speed: 6
Endurance: 5
Courage: 7
Firepower: 7
Accuracy: 8
Melee: 8
Tech Skill: 8
Charisma: 7
Rank: 6

Profile: Sadistic Vortex loves instill fear in his captives. He's studied the art of interrogation, and his tactics capitalize on his victims' fear of pain and death to squeeze information out of them. He'll drag them around while in helicopter mode, dangling them over treacherous terrain while spinning about wildly. Disoriented and terrified, Autobot soldiers are often willing to spill any information to get the "ride" to stop. Not surprisingly, the only thing Vortex likes more than the interrogation itself is its completion, when he drops his victims to their deaths. However, interrogation is just one aspect of this highly skilled Decepticon. Vortex is an experienced soldier, while he specializes in air to ground combat, he is also effective air to air combatant and able to hold his own on melee combat as well through skill despite possessing only average strength and endurance.

Abilities: In vehicle mode subject is highly maneuverable and travels at speeds of 500 miles per hour for more than 1200 miles. Rotor blades possess the ability to create 200-300mph wind funnels, powerful enough to lift a locomotive off its rails - that subject has moderate control over. In both robot and vehicle modes, subject is armed with semi-automatic glue gun which shoots capsules of highly adhesive liquid that will cement anything it hits to anything its target touches and twin cannons. His extremely durable rotors are made to endure the enormous stresses that creating wind funnels cause to them and are thus also available to him as melee weapons.

Weaknesses: Subject exhibits no known physical weaknesses.

Blast Off

Allegiance: Decepticons
Function: Space Warrior
Alt. Mode: Cybertronian Assault Shuttle / Boeing X-37B Spaceplane (Earth)
Weapons: Twin cannons, ionic blaster
Abilities: Spaceflight
Height: 33ft /10.07m
Quote: “I destroy Autobots by choice, not command.”

Strength: 3
Intelligence: 8
Dexterity: 9
Speed: 10
Endurance: 3
Courage: 5
Firepower: 9
Accuracy: 10
Melee: 7
Tech Skill: 8
Charisma: 4
Rank: 5

Profile: Removed from the type of close-quarters combat his fellow Combaticons engage in, Blast Off soars through the vast vacuum of outer space feeling literally and figuratively above the other Transformers. He exudes an aristocratic air, believing that the problems of others are too petty and foolish for him to be concerned with. He appears quite happy in his role, orbiting hundreds of miles away from his comrades. But his happiness is an act, a disguise he uses to hide his long-distance loneliness. His aloof and superior manner is just a front that prevents the other Decepticons from knowing his true feelings. None of this interferes with his performance. From his perch high above, he is cruelly efficient at raining destruction down on the world below. Perhaps because of the remoteness of his targets, or because that's just the way he is, Blast Off feels not the least trace of remorse about his actions.

Abilities: In his spacecraft mode, Blast Off can reach speed of light and stay in orbit up to eight months. From his nosecone he can emit a powerful x-ray laser that can burn a hole through a rocketing ICBM 12,000 miles away or hit an Autobot on the ground. The effectiveness of this weapon is reduced 80% by the Earth's atmosphere. He also carries relaying equipment that allows over-the-horizon communication between Decepticons on the surface. In robot mode, he uses an ionic blaster, which shoots a beam of highly charged particles that disrupts the flow of electricity in anything of an electrical nature.

Weaknesses: Subject exhibits no known physical weaknesses.

Swindle

Allegiance: Decepticons
Function: Munitions Expert
Alt. mode: HMMWV 'Humvee' M1151
Weapons: Scatter-blaster, Gyro-gun
Height: 26 ft / 7.92 m
Quote: "Make deals, not war."

STRENGTH: 5
INTELLIGENCE: 9
DEXTERITY: 6
SPEED: 5
ENDURANCE: 6
COURAGE: 5
FIREPOWER: 7
ACCURACY: 8
MELEE: 6
TECH SKILL: 9
CHARISMA: 7
RANK: 06

Profile: Outwardly, Swindle is easy-going and good natured, almost too good-natured to be a Decepticon. But within him beats the fuel pump of one of the most greed-driven street hustlers in the galaxy. Swindle thrives on wheeling and dealing, working for his own personal material advancement at every possible oppurtunity. He tends to avoid combat in favor of a mixture of exploitation and extortion, and is one of the few Decepticons skilled at dealing with non-Cybertronians. He is solely concerned with himself, and most of his entrepreneurial activities are for his own personal material advancement. If he thought it were in his interest to trade within the enemy, the Autobots, he probably would. He is truly a one-robot “black market”.

Abilities: Perhaps Swindle’s greatest asset is his power of persuasion. He is capable of cutting a deal with virtually any unwitting-organism, and will use his mouth to manage his way out of virtually any danger. In both jeep and robot modes, he uses two weapons; a scatter blaster that fires a burst of explosive buckshot-pellets over a wide area, and a gyro gun that disturbs the balance centers of mechanical devices, particularly that of Cybertronians, severely hampering their mobility.

Weaknesses: Swindle's Alt mode, while dependable on rough terrain, is prone to overturning on sharp turns. Also, he has a tendency to duck out of direct combat if he sees at oppurtunity at a desirable item, such as a discarded weapon or a fallen autobot (all sorts of spare parts!). Swindles disregard for conventional rules and willingness to stoop to the lowest levels to make a profit can get him into trouble: The Autobots suspect him of having violated the Tyrest Accord on more than one occasion, and his fellow Decepticons look down on him for dealing with 'lowly organics'.
