Just had this happen: second time transforming Generations Silverbolt to torso mode and his fist snapped off without the slightest hint of overstressing. Has this happened to anyone else, or is it just me? If it's a one-off I don't mind going out and buying another one but if they all crumble I'll just live with it.
Thanks!

I transformed Silverbolt at least 4 or 5 times and his fist hasn't broken, I assume all of us would have heard more about this issue if it was more widespread.

Mine has been transformed about a dozen times without issue. Can you show us a picture of where it broke to help us figure out if this is a common issue or a stand alone problem?

Snapped (crumbled seems more appropriate) at the smallest points on the hinge.

Hmm. I'm no expert, but I think a little bit of super glue might fix that, granted you're careful when transforming. That's really odd, the hinges on mine seem really sturdy.

I would just get a new one and return the broken one with a note inside of the package that explains a part broke off. This will help prevent a store employee from just putting it back on the shelf. Seems like a fluke.

buy another from a retail store then swap it for that one or if you still have the receipt of that one exchange it.

Definitely exchange that if your store has a return policy.
Mine's fine, but I can see how that could be a fairly common problem over time, and on the other team leaders as well. Those fists on a hinge just don't seem like a good design to me. Particularly with how tight those hinges seem (at least on mine).
