The National Guard is part of the military.

Interesting that you mentioned that; I'm listening to the TRON: Legacy soundtrack right as I read that and type this post (the track "Solar Sailer" is playing, though). I'm not familiar with that commercial, but using such an awesome song in it would make me love it, not hate it.
