I dunno the facts, I'm just guessing here! It just seems to me like Takara either doesn't own it anymore, or they don't care. Otherwise why is Ban-Dai putting out new renditions of Brave characters? :-?

They're part of the Super Robot Chogokin line, which is a line that brings out special toys based on various iconic Japanese series, basically they bought a licence to produce them.

That still confuses me somewhat, I thought Takara and Bandai were competitors over there... w/e. Still doesn't explain why the Brave MP line stopped at Great Exkaiser. Did he not go down well enough or what?

I repeat, I have no idea why the Brave MP line was canned.

Bandai is a competitor, but sometimes competitors do business with each other.
