I've received word that despite Botcon occuring the same weekend now, the Dairycon Committee is unable to move their date. So there will be 2 Conventions that weekend. The Official one in the South, and the Unofficial one in the North.

Hello all,

Just a quick update to let you all know that we are standing by our plans for April 27th & 28th! While I know that we may lose some of you to that convention down in Texas (believe us, *every* loss is sad), we are moving on with our plans for this year's Dairycon.

As many of you know, Dairycon has been an event for those who can't afford to make the trip out to the big show, who can't afford their exclusives, to get together with friends who you may not have seen in a year, and to have some Dairy cow-themed fun...

We hope to see you there, but if not; it's all a celebration of the same fandom!

So for anyone that doesn't want to visit Texas (or can't), click here to find out more information.

Thanks for the post Fender!

Dairycon is held in the city of Fond Du Lac, on the southern shore of Lake Winnebago, in the great cow-obsessed state of Wisconsin. It's being held at the city's largest indoor space, the Crystal Ballroom in the historic Ramada Plaza.

Sure, you *could* spend hundreds of dollars to go to some other show, but why?So, if Texas is out of the budget, too far away, or just not what you're looking for... why not consider the little ol' show called "Dairycon"?! ;)

Also, don't forget; friends, fun, games, events, cheap discounted hotel block, door prizes & drawings, & some very cool exclusives...
Oh, and let's not forget Dairycon's first annual "Alcove of Honor!"

Pre-Registration for Dairycon is now open & the Ballots for the Alcove of Honor are up now as well!
