I haven't seen any of the Walmart exclusives in Dover, Milford, or Rehoboth...

I haven't seen them in my travels either... I'm going to check Rehoboth over the weekend.

Dover Toys R Us Had all the figures in the new wave of Generation Deluxe (Skywarp, Armada Starscream, Scoop, and the Mini-con team). They also had 2 Year of the Horse Optimus Primes on the shelf (after I put mine on layaway). One of the boxes was damaged and ripped though!!

I have also seen the deluxe asst in the Walmart in Seaford, DE as well.
