The best part is that this is evidence that we might actually get a new mold for Shockwave in Beast Hunters (especially since e seems to have a more important role now). And while a Voyager would be nice, I wouldn't hold my breath with Hasbro's recent track record.

And anyone know if Takara is going to continue the Arms Micron line with Beast Hunter figures?

This is evidence that we might get Smokescreen? We are getting these two. Why is there any doubt? :???:

He said Shockwave, Pryme. ;)

And Insecticon/Hardshell. ;)

Well, for Hardshell's case, we did get a "Cyberverse Commander Hardshell" in some news before, so things are hopeful for him as well.

I've got a hunch that Smokescreen's base figure was designed for RID, but when the line stopped they threw him in this to not waste the mould, which means I think its fairly likely that we will see more of these RID style (non spiky) figures with armour as an accessory, hopefully Shockwave, Ironhide, maybe Frenzy and Gears... And maybe, just maybe... Breakdown. :D
With the deluxe Starscream confirmed, I suppose that clears up the 'whos 005?' mystery, but also backs up whoever it was who said deluxe Dreadwing and Twinstrike was it? Are coming in wave three. However, the fact that Hasbro seem to have shunted Bulkhead and Starscream, and maybe Dreadwing down to deluxe scale means that the voyager slots are left empty :D im predicting Megatron and Grimlock wave 2, and possibly BH Magnus seeing as he's getting a weaponiser. Sadly I think Hardshell will be deluxe scale if he ever gets a figure... :/

What does Shockwave even turn into in the cartoon?

He's like Megatron in that he doesn't appear to have any vehicle mode kibble on him, but its most likely some sort of cybertronian jet or tank. He's yet to Transform on the show so if he gets a figure, Hasbro may just make one up for him like they did with DOTM Shockwave

Or he might have an as yet unseen alternate mode CGI model for his future appearances, like Wheeljack, which Hasbro will pull from if/when they make his toy.

Thanks :P It'll be interesting to see how many of these Predacons show up in the show, and how HasTak will explain the differing Predacon symbols :-? I believe Predaking is the only confirmed in-show Predacon at this point, but I'm sure there'll be more. However, I highly doubt that any of the regular characters will have upgrades like these. Optimus will probably get a redesign as he seemed to get pretty f*cked over at the end of last season, and im sure Megatron and possibly Starscream will attempt to harness some of the Predacon's power, but everyone else will probably stay pretty much the same

Ripclaw has a different symbol located on the chest. It looks more like a Unicorn, really. Maybe they denote different clans?

If it helps, lazerbacks bio mentions that he hates Decepticons and Predacons equally; so perhaps there are different factions.

Lazerback and Twinstrike had the same symbol before it got changed on the final product. That was the prototype for the Predacon symbol earlier in the production.

Oh yes!! =P~ And Hasbro comes out of nowhere with a knockout blow! Smokescreen looks fantastic whether or not he can be de-beasted. It'll require a bit of work and a bit of paint, but it has to be do-able. I'll be getting two of this guy. I knew it'd be worth holding off on AM Smokey. Thanks Hasbro.

Then again, I suppose Takara could still do something better with it. :BANG_HEAD:

Bulkhead's not too bad either, but a deluxe sized version of the big guy is a 'no-no' for me. If he gets an upgrade in the show then hopefully a 3rd party will provide said upgrades as a set.

Thanks to ACToys we get a closer look at Transformers Prime "Beast Hunters" Deluxe Wave 2's Smokescreen. This set of images give us a clear look at the figure's head sculpt and Shadow Quill Armor, which appears to be removable. It looks like Smokescreen fans may finally be getting the figure they've been craving since he made his debut last season. Images mirrored below.

Orange light-piping?

Nothing a little paint or Sharpie can't fix...

There's quite a few things on him that a little paint won't fix. I'm still not completely sold on the idea that his armor is removable. I suspect, at least for vehicle mode, that it won't work without it. I don't think there's a front end of a car hiding somewhere under that blue armor.

Well we now can see that the chest is fake as there's a hinge for it to move around.

Thank you Hasbro for cutting corners on the FOC line, so you can waste all that "pricey" plastic on this god awful line of figures that will seriously shelf warm worse than the Bee hives of DOTM. :BANG_HEAD:

Welp, I'm sold. I know it's a fake chest and all, but i prefer that to making them less accurate to the show (wish they did that with Knockout). I also look forward to Reprolabels adding a little color to this guy. He looks really spot on other wise :D

It looks like the hood of his car form folds up onto his forearms.

I dunno what you guys are all complaining about, I like the look of this figure, and the fact that he's got removable armor and no crazy ass spikes everywhere.

The door decals aren't spot on, and some of the paint apps are bad, but that sculpt is incredible. Nothing a little paint & Reprolabels can't fix. Muahahhaha.

Now, I'll quote a fellow Seibertronian so I don't have to say it myself.

Looks like there might be a good Smokescreen figure in there if you take the armor off!
