I think he would make a great main villain for the next film and given his previous incarnations like a Optimus look a like(that's my favorite and most memorable incarnation) and being a rival in the cybertron series he would make a good stand in for Megatron. Maybe Sideways could also make an appearance along with Unicron(they could be his underlings). Any ways Scourge could also have a history with Optimus(maybe a relative or former student) and that could be intersting to see Optims deal with.

If Scourge does appear, he will have no proper introduction and won't have a distinguishable personality. Look at how Michael Bay has treated the other characters in the previous films.

In my opinion, It's about time for Scourge to appear.
It's a cool character, or atleast it would be cool to see him meeting Optimus.
But we'll see.

Who the hell is "Scrouge"?
I do not blame Michael Bay for crapping all over a huge part of my childhood. He just directed the scripts that were given to him.
