Does anyone around here make sigs?

I was wondering if anyone around here could make a sig for me? I want a picture of Thundercracker with the words "Come fly the unfriendly skies" for my signature. I used to have one like that, but it's gone and I can't remember who made it for me. :sad:

Weapon: Razor Tipped Wing Swords
I make sigs, but I can't Photoshop OR Digibash. I am remarably skillid with MS Paint though. Odd? I made the sig I have now with it.
