DotM Human Alliance Soundwave. How to spot the KO and the originals on Ebay?

I want a HA Soundwave for my Soundwave collection. Unfortunately, I heards there's KO of it out there. So how to but a legit one without being screwed? Most of them come from Chinese sellers and it's not rare at all so it's possible to have some for around 55-70$ shipped.
So far, I've seen two types of boxes. One with Chinese on it and the other in English only.

Should I be wary of the box with Chinese on it? Anyone have it and can confirm it's okay?

Skip ebay entirely and buy from a reputable store like a site sponsor.

The Official versions have chinese on the box, and a Tomy logo in the corner.

TakaraTomy uses US packaging, one language, with stickers in Japanese added. For the Asia region, Hasbro uses different boxes with Chinese in addition to English.
Top 5 Priorities:

1) BW Neo X-7 Elphaorpha
2) BW II VS-18 Powerhug vs. Autocrusher
3) Universe 2003 Night Slash Cheetor
4) RiD Landfill (regular, not the yellow)
5) BW Convobat (red) & Megalligator (purple)

Also looking for any clear Arms Microns, like Shadow (Gora & R.A.), Hellflame and Shining (O.P. and R.A.).

Preparing to move to the US!
