I was at my local Target store a few days ago to buy the store exclusive Voyager Starscream when I realized there was a variant in the Starscream mold. They were on the display standing side by side so it was easy to notice that there was a difference with the red plastic. One has the bright red plastic while the other has a dark translucent plastic. Let the hunt begin!

you're right dude had the translucent version and went to my local target and found the solid red highlight version.i had to buy.i love exclusives and variants too.thanx for the post bud.the solid red version has solid red eyes too that look better than the translucent.a defect maybe but still cool nontheless.

but in fact i've seen many translucent versions compared to the solid colored versions.out of 5 i say 3 are translucent and 2 were solid colored.so...???what do you think.
