Iv'e ran this fight over and over again in my head, and I can't decide a clear cut winner.
Jetwing optimus, wielding the mighty Magnus Hammer,
Or Dr. Doom, with all of his capabilities and electro-magnetic powers and abilities.
I don't think he could control optimus like he can other machines, nor do I think he would be able to just up and break optimus apart, because he's made of cybertronian alloys un-known to mankind.
Optimus is powerful in his "Jetwing Mode", but is he powerful enough to bring down Doom?
