I suspect it's an F-117, which IGN mistakenly referred to as a "Stealth bomber," rather than as a "Stealth fighter." Common mistake, but either one fits Megatron's character, I feel.

Perhaps the ariel battle between Megs and Screamer is Megs in his Cybertronian mode. It could be a Cybertron Bomber. That's what I rekon.

And I hate it when they stick a really short, but meaningful scene after the credits. I usually leave by then, meaning I have to wait till I get the dvd to see it (like with X3 and Pirates of the Carrabean).
