And sometimes you don't get feedback left for you as a buyer, just how it goes sometimes. Not the end of the world and really not important once you're above like 10 transactions.

That's not expecting too much at all. If a seller doesn't leave me feedback it's not the end of the world, I just don't do the same. If they are a good seller otherwise I'll still buy from them again if they have something I want. Again, advise most appreciated. But to tell you the truth, the feedback is just 2nd tier. How you treat your customer is the root of the matter. You treat me nice, I return back and buy more. Is that expecting too much?
I'll send my money elsewhere to someone who needs it more badly.
On hindsight, I'm kind of not surprised at the action of the vendor as I've dealt with his compatriots a few years back during one of my EMT assignments.
