:BOT: At least I think it's called AutoPlay...

In anycase, when you put in a CD, DVD, or flashdrive into a PC this window automatically pops up with options how to open it. Is there a way to edit the icons? :CON:

Not really. When you install software that thinks it can help you out (ie: be your bestest, bestest buddy and never ever let you forget that it's there for you regardless of whether you need it) when a disk/drive is inserted, it registers itself. From your screenshot, Nero has done just that. Best (read: less hacky) way to remove/add something from/to the list is uninstall/install it.

The more hacky way, which you do at your own risk, is open RegEdit and search for some of the items. You should find a list in there somewhere, and you should be able to edit it down. But, like I said, own risk.

Just another way programs crap you off trying to get you to use them, like inserting hundreds of Quick Launch icons, right-click menus and System Tray icons.
