<a href="http://www.worldscreen.com/" target="_blank">Worldscreen.com</a> has <a href="http://www.worldscreen.com/newscurrent.php?filename=er120707.htm" target="_blank">reported</a> that <a href="http://www.entertainmentrights.com" target="_blank">Entertainment Rights</a> has secured the distribution right to Transformers: Animated. All 22 episodes and the 70 minute special for Latin America.
"<i>We are delighted to extend our distribution rights to Latin America for Transformers Animated. Transformers is an extremely successful global property and ER has already had considerable success in securing premier television platforms in key territories around the world for this exciting franchise. We are confident that the new Transformers programming will secure a great deal of interest from broadcasters in the Latin American region</i>"

I wonder if that means translations in Spanish for Puerto Rico (give TV stations actually want to air them). The very last series dubbed into Spanish and aired in PR was Beats Wars Season 1.

Let's face it, TF:A will try to conquer the world (and toy shelves) just like the other series. Latin America is its next target.

Well that's not really any big news.
EVERY SHOW exclusive to Cartoon Network comes to Latin America, the only ones that I've never seen here are some of the animes they use for Toonami.
