The Decepticons have taken over Cyberton. Optimus Prime has rallied a team to begin construction on Moon Bases around Cybertron in a desperate campaign to take back Cybertron. But Optimus Prime refuses to allow Spike to partake in this dangerous mission. Will Spike be left behind or can he prove to Optimus he has what it takes to turn the tide in the war?
