This looks like an item set from Team Fortress 2 it is so silly.

Seriously, is that supposed to be a megatron Headcrab or something?
Or a Megatron Mind-control Module?

Or maybe even some sort of inverse-Headmaster?! :lol:

And why did someone have to bring up Kiss Players? This was already
disturbing/humorous enough...
