FansProject Assaulter and Steelcore Pics

FansProject have updated their site with a colour pic of Assaulter, their Broadside-inspired homage.

Also they have new colour photos of the upcoming Warbot - Steel Core.

FYI all there are bigger versions of the pics available when you log in and click on the images.

I'm liking the colours on Assaulter - feels very much like Broadside now. Looking forward to another triple-changer.

Still very much on the fence with these two.

I mean, both are cool, but .... do I need an $80 Broadside? Or an $80 generic Powermaster? Hm.

Steel Core I'm liking. From what we can see there's good detailing. Assaulter still looks good but the colours aren't working for me. The colours aren't saying "Broadside" to me. I know they should, but they're not. I don't like the yellow and blue on the legs: strikes me as senseless colouring just for the sake of it.

the designs on the legs look like they're emulating the stickers that were shown on the original prototype of Broadside that never got released, whilst the rest of the design seems to be following the released toy's design.
