According to some insiders, SteelCORE will be released soon. To add, FansProject has BIG plans AROUND it... Some are speculating that this would be the main component of a combiner set. We will also probably see a trailer for alt mode due to the hitch being shown in the prototype figure.

warbot 2= motormaster
crossfire3= trailer/combiner bits
causality 6-9=breakdown,wildrider,drag strip,dead end

looking at g1 motor master i could see the heart master figure replacing the roller car that attaches to his chest. and to be honest a grey/black/purple color scheme would look bad ass.
then again this is all just fan speculation

Warbot 2 isn't Motormaster, it's that powermaster-like figure. No one but FansProject (and possibly Venksta) know what's coming up for the figure.



If they do Motormaster, He'll most likely be in the Causality line.

I know exactly what you mean. I don't need it homage something for me to be interested (I'd hope my imagination could give it some character), but if it did I'd be infinitely more excited for it. FansProject are awesome. Everything they do is pretty much awesome. From what we've seen of Heartmaster it looks awesome. But without a direct homage it's just a generic transforming robot.

Personally I'm hoping for an Optimus repaint, although I'm probably not going to hold-out for it. This guy in red and blue with a trailer? That'd be my Powermaster Prime.

i love fansproject. however, i love them because they do amazing homages to g1 characters and when characters like blitzwing have been ignored and rumors about stunticons have been spread, its hard to get excited about this heartmaster thing.

FYI:

Gryph from TFW2005 has received his Steelcore...

Sorry, no camera. It came in a pretty large shipping box, filled with packing peanuts. Steel Core's box was inside a plastic slip case, which was inside a baggie. The booklet has a 20 page comic, that shows Defender fighting a red clone of himself. The mini robot shows up. It's name is Steel, while the truck is named Corer. Corer is shown with a trailer. There are also two additional mini robots, who show up but are not named. One is red, the other is yellow.

I haven't had the chance to really do much with it yet, but it feels like FP's usual high quality.

Of course if this is just one part of a larger project I call shenanigans for not advertising that larger whole before selling this. I dislike buying on faith.

I wish they would say if it IS or IS NOT part of a larger combiner or armor or whatever.

As it is, it is a cool bot, but with all the stuff coming out I don't want to shell out 3rd party $$$ on a single generic bot.

If future add-ons would add a trailer/armor, limb-bots or some such I may be interested, but I'm not going to jump on fandom speculation.

If he was maybe forty bucks, I may shell out on a whim, but he's closer to the $80-100 range with shipping.

This could so easily be any Cybertroncharacter you wanted it to be with a quick head swap and a faction logo. Jobs a good 'un!!

Some orders have shipped, but not all. Go login to your FPC account, click "Orders" and then your order # to see your shipping info, and the status of your order. Mine is still "pending".

Thanks for the new pix, Daimchoc. Glad we're getting to see several FP releases posed with one another.

More pics from those that got theirs... BTW, mine shows Completed in the status and was updated this morning. I do hope to see it delivered by next week.
