well considering all the wonderful things fansproject has put out i have to say the execution is terrible. (the robot mode seems a little generic, but this character always fit that role)

but my main gripe is that they mad the head so terrible in robot mode, if they would have used ball joints they wouldnt have the stiff robot efect.

I agree with your analysis of the figure. I have not held it in-hand, but I am a huge fan of headmasters and targetmasters and this figure is a very close classics approximation to the toy from the 80's.

I agree with you, the X-1 head rotation is a little awkward, but the great chest plate transformation and how the wheels hide away makes up for it.
