I Personaly like the one were they travel to midevil times and fight as knights. Alot of awesome stuff happened in that episode.

All of season one? I don't think there was a 'bad' episode there.
Not caring about scale since 1984. Just like Hasbro.

There are a lot of good ones. A couple of the better stories have really poor animation, and some of the great animation is in stories that make me go: :BOOM:

Favourites would be:
The Girl Who Loved Powerglide
Fight Or Flee
Heavy Metal War
Call Of The Primitives
Dark Awakening
Only Human
Starscream's Brigade (and The Revenge Of Bruticus)
The Return Of Optimus Prime (pts 1 and 2)
and
The Rebirth (pts 1-3)

but probably the best story is the Aerialbots Saga - Key To Vector Sigma and War Dawn...they've got a nice continuity to them.
