If you pay attention close enough to TF Victory in the beggining of the intro, there is a nice homage to G1 in there. Actually, I love all 3 season openers for G1, But I like the second intro for TF Masterforce because of the animation fight scene between God Ginrai and Overlord.

Does anyone else but me think that Lion's cover of the Transformers theme from the movie sounded a lot like they were singing about the evil "unicorn" instead of unicron?

I apologize, I realize now it's the closing theme that is sung over the end credits. It's the complete version of the song.
