RID has some of my favorite molds out of any TF series. There are too many to name, but I'd have to say it's a tie between Omega Prime and Railracer. Scourge is a VERY close second though.

I'm watching my way through RiD currently and I have more than one favourite!

Optimus Prime and Ultra Magnus are cool, especially when they combine to form Omega Prime.

Team Bullet Train/Rail Racer is cool for a unified combiner design.

The Build Team/Landfill is cool for two things:

1) A construction vehicle combiner(I'm a big Devastator fan).
2) A nifty combiner design involving a central hub that allows swiveling of robots to change up arms/legs.

Besides Scourge, some good RID Preds/Decepticons include RID Galvatron/Megatron and RID Skybyte. Though, I have to admit that I like Skybyte's toy mainly because he was my favorite character on the show. Still, it's a good mold that fixed most of the shortcomings Cybershark had. Ruination is also good if you don't want to spend a lot of money on Bruticus.

It was Optimus for me until his tires started splitting apart, thus ruining him for me. Of course this doesn't seem to have happened with my Japanese version, but he's all wadded up into ULTLA FIYAH CONVOY!!! with Magnus.
Second, though is the white and gold Galvatron version of Megs. The look of it just jumps out at you. Hopefully all that chrome won't start peeling off.

I get a kick out of Sky-Byte too! I like the mold but then again, I like other shark based molds like Transmetal Cybershark, which Sky-Byte is a redeco of, and Hellscream/Sharp Edge/Cybershark/Overbite.

Gotta go with Optimus. I love everything about him, especially his Omega Prime mode. Fantastic figure.

Megatron's pretty cool too.

Has to be Scourge hands down he is awsome. I also like Towline he is small but has a cool way of storing is gun behind his grill. So its Scourge for my favourite and Towline for the fun one

I would like to get Slapper, Skybite, Darkscrean and Gasskunk but i can't find them on ebay

From the one's I currently have, I'd say that God Magus is my fave, followed closely by Fire Convoy and Galvatron.

The Autobot Brothers, specifically X-Brawn.

I have all three brothers, each in their primary color and their repaint. That set of 6 figures is one of the prides of my collection.

Oh, and I forgot Megatron! The black and purple dragon one with 6 modes. (He's an RID, right?)

I'd like to get more RID figures, but they tend to be really expensive on eBay. I've always wanted Scourge, but he goes for like $100 on eBay.

Although he's not popular with some, my fav is Megatron. He makes a good Transmetal Galvatron for Beast Wars. Second fav is Ultra Magnus.

I loved sky-byte, the build team, and the ruination combiner. I wanted to get the full bullet train team around 6 years ago, but my parents did not have the money at the time to buy the other two i needed. In present day, the only figures that have survived is sky-byte, and several figures of each of the build team and ruination, and sky-byte is in the best condition among them all, with a missing fin, gun and missles, one back plate, and slight metallic paint missing on his head fin.

Ultra magnus was pretty cool too, except i could not change him back to vehicle mode at all when i was young. I think his truck cab and trailer is still in a storage container in my parent's yard shed.

If I only get to pick one, Megatron wins, hand down. (pun intended)

He's one of the most enjoyable TFs ever because of the many, many modes, though he's never felt like Megatron to me.

If you get him in his Galvatron colors, he makes a great Classics Hun-grrr!

I just recently got RID Scourge, and he's pretty cool. I'm on kind of a Nemesis Prime kick at the moment, and really dig him. :-)

I like RID Prime, and as mentioned his combo mode with UM is sweet. Like Megs, he never quite felt like Prime to me, but he's a cool bot none-the-less. I did a custom head and redid him into Alternators Inferno.

I really like the repaint of his titanium version into Hot Spot too.

Brave Max is my favorite! I have no space to display him though.

Ordered Optimus Prime and Ultra Magnus from an online store in Florida (think it was named something simliar with Cybertron) and when I got the package I found Sky-byte also! So I got Sky-byte for free! It took about 8 weeks from the day I sent the paychecks. The shop disappeared from the net shortly after my order... I also like Skybite.

Ultra Magnus. Would love to see him repainted as Motormaster.

Destructicon Scourge.

Axer, who along with Towline/Wrecker Hook has crossed between RID and G1. So has Sideways/Double Face come to think of it.

Recently got an oversized KO Armourhide which is cool.

Some great molds in the RID line. Like the Universe repaints from a few years back. Inferno, Ratchet and of course Devestator, the Landfill repaint. Like to display them with my RID characters. Nothing to say they don't exist in the RID universe.

Also have an oversized Robotmasters Wrecker Hook who is supposed to be an amnesic Towline if I remember correctly. I like the idea that Towline and the Build team become Decepticons at some stage.

I feel that the Autobot Brothers have a Bay-Movie look to them.

Classics needs a few RID characters. Would love a deluxe Towline. At least Titanium gave us Optimus.
